Preparing and Auditing Daily Cash Report for Morning, Evening & Night Shifts.
Preparing Daily Attendance and verify data from the facts.
Supervise the procurement procedure, taking over the procured stock and handling it toconcerned official after verification with DC and Purchase Order.
Receive daily collected cash from cash counter, verify it with reports and forward toHead Office.
Supervising the domestic payments (Shares to doctors, medical bills etc)
Authorizing Demand Slips for stock issue from store and pharmacy.
Prepare monthly report
checked from COO and forward to Honorable Chairmanthrough HOD Admin.
Take paid bills from HOD Admin and post them in monthly report.
Office Management (File Management, Assets Monitoring etc).
Upkeep and supervise OT procedures, ensure availability of OT teams before every
procedure.
Ensure cleanliness, completeness and accuracy by taking periodical rounds in hospital.
Issue notices for the staff and public as and when required by COO.
Receive employee leave applications and authorize them after discussing with COO.
Assist COO in conducting inquiry on cases of negligence, legal and ethical violations.
Maintain record of Curriculum Vitae & Resume submitted for jobs.
Authorizing outward payments.
