There, I gained valuable field experience in different aspects of this position and was provided with a great chance to further develop my industry knowledge and key skills and abilities. Mainly, I worked on the maintenance of communication networks, installed and configured network devices, and worked closely with co-worker from other departments in order to improve the network infrastructure as much possible.

Major Job Responsibilities

Overall Network NOC Monitoring Tasks including: Escalate and inform network issues to TL/TD/Management timely and effectively.
Identify and track network faults from NCE and handle with GTAC till resolution.
Daily Network Utilization Report Verification and Supervision for Key Interfaces.
Coordinate with GTAC/R&D for issues and provide RCA to customers after internal discussion.
Create SR and track it till issue resolution
Identify and track high utilization cases from NCE and handle till resolution.
Conduct frequent audits of network/device alarms on NCE to identify any new issues.
Device Operation Logs collection and feedback to CS team every month.
Conduct Audit to ensure all device interfaces under HUAWEI scope are added in NCE for utilization monitoring.
Audit NOC team members' work delivery to ensure the right direction and improve overall team performance.
