• Created customized Power Apps tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
• Identify opportunities and implement Power Automate workflows to enhance and optimize CRM system functionality.
• Develop SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and Management Reports to provide valuable insights and data visualization.
• Create C# plugins to enhance and extend the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Configure, customize, and provide technical support for corporate CRM systems, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to validate program usability, speed, and accuracy, guaranteeing a positive user experience.
