Yasir Mustafa.

I am a telecom professional with the diversified experience of 14 years for Network operations and support in the industry. I have started my career in 2006 with Warid Telecom and then joined Ericsson Pakistan in 2007 for Managed Services Warid Telecom. Ericsson is a multinational networking and telecommunications company headquartered in Stockholm which employs around 100,000 people and operates in around 180 countries. My last  job role was as Incident/FO Manager, responsible for all domains network operations like BSS, CS/PS Core, MPBN, TRX, VAS and Intelligent Network. Above 120 Engineers worked in my supervision by 24/7 scenario for Network surveillance, operations & support and troubleshooting of the nodes, upgrades, supporting customer care and all escalations of issues to the higher management and support teams till resolution.

I am laid off from Ericsson due to end of project because of Warid Jazz merger.

I  worked as Senior Engineer at (Engineering Department) HBL RHQ (Regional Head Quarter) Lahore for about 1.5 years.

Recently I have joined Huawei GSC Pakistan as Delivery Operations Expert.

I have 12 years of experience working as Operations and support Manager.

I am hardworking, loyal, decisive and committed to my responsibilities. 

I did my Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences from University of the Punjab in 2001. 

Then I did Post Graduate Diploma in Communications and Networks from Govt College University Lahore in 2002.

My last academic degree is MSc in Telecommunications from Govt College University Lahore in 2005.
