Believes in taking initiatives and strive to apply knowledge to fullest of abilities.  Working experience has helped me in being more aware of the way organization functions and has also given me flexibility and adaptability in operating in varied environments.

I have almost 7 years of experience in Human resources and advisory support positions, with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership. In addition to my extensive HR experience, I have strong communication and organizational skills, a commitment to providing excellent HR service delivery, excellent administrative skills and I am able to work independently and within a team environment. I have been recognized for my abilities to effectively make people work as a best team members and resolving their issues with responsibility. I believe healthy and highly keen personnel play a positive part in building organizational culture and thus achieve organizational goals.
