• Leading a team of two process engineers, and laboratory team for plant monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization and design
• Provide technical guidance to Plant Managers for smooth, optimized and efficient operation of plant, including budgeting and chemical management.

• Supporting plant team to meet environmental emission compliance and NEQ’s.
• Responsible for review/development and improvement of Aspen Models of complete plant including equipments like Air compressors/Heat Exchangers/Distillation/Boilers etc.

• Perform techno-economic studies of new projects and modifications
• Design authority for plant modification and responsible for management of change implementation at site.
• Presenting case studies to management for budget approval and updates
• HAZOP study leader of projects and modifications
• Supervising and mentoring future leaders-trainee engineers
• Leading and reporting operation excellence activities at plant including but not limited to
  1. Plant shutdown/start up activities benchmarking and issuance of report after each activity.
  2. Production unit cost and consumption benchmarking at different operating rates, and non-routine activities.
  3. Issuance of variance report and cause of deviation of each contributor with quantification.
  4. Benchmarking of each routine and non-routine activities of plant
  5. Received 3 distinct awards from Chief Executive for continuous delivery of operation excellence activities.

A Process Engineerhaving 10 years'experience of fertilizer and petrochemical industry, well versed with engineering calculations, expert level process modelling, design & rating of equipment, along with established experience of monitoring/optimizing plant operations, modifications and projects.
