Having vast work experience of more than 25 years in educational management, administration & research work. Besides participated in various seminars on pedagogical and communication skills in Pakistan Air force, I also contributed to the development, planning and implementation of graduate and masters level curriculum. I was also enlisted as student research assistant at Air War College. Worked as mentor and educational leader at various PAF training institutes. Worked as Deputy Director Schools & Colleges PAF and received letter of appreciation from DCAS(T) for accomplishing various projects. Fully comprehended the working of Fazaia institutions including their academic as well as financial management. Participated & organized professional development and staff training courses, seminars & workshops. Being trained by Canadian Armed Forces Institute for English language teaching, therefore, successfully provided specialized training to language teachers in PAF and remained part of train the trainer program . My expertise in project & leadership management skills enables me to resolve problems & manage conflicts at work place. Progressive enhacement in professional responsibilities deeply enriched my leadership and administrative skills. I also worked voluntarily for women empowerment programme in the PAF which were designed to enhance communication skill of teaching staff of institutions established for low paid employees. Remained fully involved in policy making and its implementation, monitoring, coordination and handling of projects involving research & development. Also worked with Afzaal Memrial Thalassemia Foundation (AMTF) as project manager in women and senior citizen health projects, preventive nephrology and educational projects for thalassemia patients and ensure their successful timely completion. Provide leadership, negotiation, conflict management & project management training to various university students and young entrepreneurs by utilizing diversity in training with national and international learning experiences. To acknowleding these services, received 03 letters of appreciations, awarded Chief of the Air Staff Commendation Certificate and Tamgha-e-Imtiaz (Military) by the President of Pakistan.
