I have worked as a clinical registered nurse from 2013 to 2020 in tertiary care 1000 bedded teaching hospital situated in the densely populated city of Rawalpindi Pakistan. I have the ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of the patients consistent with the standards of nursing practice, ethical principles and legal requirements. On the basis of my abilities to asses/analyze situation and inform /guide the management /higher authorities for Gaps and needful, I was assigned the responsibilities for monitoring and analysis of patient related DATA. I have been actively involved in the planning @ management of Dengue and Covid-19 epidemics. Since October 2020 till to date I have been actively involved in a range of activities including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, communication and advocacy by integrating knowledge, skills and attitude in the delivery of safe, effective and patient centered care.

During my practice, I have achieved the experience of infectious disease management by identifying and assessing individuals who are at risk of infection or who have already been infected.Worked closely with the other healthcare providers  to provide care and treatment, monitor the progression of the disease and prevent spread the infection to other patients, healthcare workers and the general public.
