I have vast experience of administrative & HR management ,operational management, security protocol & staff duties,  training, HR operations, project management ,  recruitment, compensations , logistic, maintenance projects,  procurement and  coordination. I served  with FWO for 8(Eight)  years and have practical  knowledge of  dealing  with  law enforcement agencies and labour force. I served as  Admin & security officer and  training instructor in Engineers Centre Risalpur to trained recruits and meet all the administrative and security requirements.   I served  on staff appointment as  General Staff Officer Grade -2    ( Monitoring and Evaluation& ) in  Head Quarter Frontier Works Organization (FWO) for three years  and as admin and security  officer on different  mega projects . I worked with multinational paint company  BERGER PAINTS PRIVATE LIMITED  as  MANAGER ADMIN & security at Islamabad in  road safety department and practically managed HR, security and administration of work executing teams .  I am MBA qualified with specialization  in HRM , Diploma in Civil Technology and Master of Education  and well conversant with the labor laws .  

• A(Retired) Major from  Army corps  of engineers  with 26 years experience of military service and 5 years experience of  multinational paint company BERGER   PAINTS  PVT LTD.
• Expert  in administrative and operational management, human resource management, training, construction, monitoring, coordination, logistics, security & project  management.
• Eight(8) years’ experience  of  administration in  project  management while working  with Frontier Works Organization(FWO), Administered , Supervised and managed  new and maintenance  projects  effectively.
• Experience of working  with multinational paint company BERGER PAINTS-ROAD SAFETY DEPARTMENT as Manager Admin. 
• Proficient in using computer programs i.e ERP, MS WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT, and civil engineering software tools i.e Primavera project planner, AutoCAD, Eagle point.
• Experience of establishing HR systems, preparing frame work and policies, drafting and revision of HR Policies.
• Experience of administrative management, coordination and liaison with civil administration and law enforcing agencies during flood relief operation 1992, general elections 1997, census & earthquake 2005.
• Willing worker to work as a team for the accomplishment of the objectives of the organization.   

Experience  of  more  than 25 years while  working  with  pakistan army during  active  service  and have ample  knowledge  of  dealing  safety  matters independently.
