on Road, Buildings, Dams, Bid Schedule from RFPs in Head Office etc: 

My responsibilities are as follows: 

1. Prepare the Baseline Schedule for Water Supply Projects 
2. Prepare the Baseline Schedule for Road and Dam Projects 
3. Look in Technical/ Contractual Matters 
4. Follow up the matters discussed during the coordination meetings and take actions accordingly

1. Coordination with all stake holders on construction matter/ issues
2. Analyze/approve progress, monthly report format 
3. Tracking VO, contractual issues, CPI, SPI Analysis for Project
4. Follow up the matters discussed during the coordination meetings and take actions accordingly
5. Other Misc office works, presentation, Dash board Report using Power Point, Power BI, Excel
6. Developing/ updating baseline schedule
7. Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) based on Baseline Program and Project actual status 
8. Equipment Report Scheulde for Rawalpindi Ring Road Project at Design Stage

Developed Monitored detailed Baseline Schedule (P6 ver 17.7) 3000 activities, 8 portions, a resource base fully loaded schedule.

C. Multi Story Buildings: Worked as R.E from start of the Project at Mixed Used Building, 8 Story Building, EOBI Client at LHR and 5 story bulding at Lahore,  LRRA office at Ring Road LHR

Worked GE from Nov’10~Mar’12 as "DPM\ Planning Engineer" at FFC Head Office Building (2 Basements+ground+11 Stories) Project-Rawalpindi. My responsibilities are as follows:

1. Updating the Baseline with the actual site progress
2. Preparing the weekly program
3. Updating maintaining daily progress reports through worksheet & graphs.
4. Others site and office activities like meeting with client, procurement follow up etc
