As a Monitoring Executive at PHFMC, I oversee and evaluate all operations related to medical management across various district Health Facilities. My primary responsibility is to ensure that healthcare services are being provided in an efficient and effective manner, and to identify areas that require improvement.
I am responsible for developing and implementing monitoring plans that assess the performance of health facilities against predetermined standards. This involves conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines, and providing feedback and recommendations to management and staff on ways to improve.
I collaborate with other stakeholders, such as government agencies, community organizations, and healthcare providers, to promote the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. This requires me to provide technical assistance and guidance to health facility staff and facilitate training and capacity-building activities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
To perform my duties effectively, I collect, analyze, and report data on health facility performance, using this information to inform decision-making and resource allocation. I also participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to health facility management and quality improvement.
