I am currently working as an RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Specialist, where my responsibilities include handling production, authorization, VOB (Verification of Benefits), accounts receivable, appointment scheduling, reporting, quality assurance, and client support. My role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to ensure smooth and accurate revenue operations.

I have worked across various specialties, using different software platforms and handling multiple departments, including Authorization, VOB (Verification of Benefits), Client Support, Billing, Reporting, and Accounts Receivable. This diverse experience has strengthened my adaptability and understanding of end-to-end RCM processes.

I have completed my graduation and have been working in medical billing since 2011.
