I am an Electrical Engineer; having extensive experience as a Data Centre Operations Manager as well as hands on experience for Operations and Maintenance (Predictive, Preventive, Corrective) activities related to HV Switchgear, Transformers (Oil Type and Dry Type), LV Switchgear, LV ATS Panels, Diesel Generators (DGs), DG Synchronization Panels, LV MOR Panels, UPS, Rectifiers, DCIM, BMS, CCTV, ACS, Fire Detection and Suppression Systems, VESDA, PDUs, Grounding, Batteries, HVAC and Monitoring Systems of multiple manufacturers along with Resource Management, Logs Management, Root Cause Analysis Reports, Additional Cooling and Power Requirement Analysis and Formulation and Implementation of Work Permits, MOPs and SOPs.

I have strong management and communication skills and broad working spectrum inclusive of mindset trained to provide 24x7 support and ability to work multiple shifts along with provision of on call support and maintain uptime in compliance of SLA. A strong aptitude for problem solving, troubleshooting and documenting preventive procedures. Providing Monthly review presentations and management of third party vendors to meet required timelines along with incident management. 

During my employment at SBCC, Pakistan I have worked over a wide range of projects and mainly as a Data Centre Operations Manager for Pakistan’s largest telecommunication company/client that is Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd. PTCL’s Quantity 4 Data Centre Facilities including Rated-3 Facility.
