As a Government Public Analyst at Punjab Food Authority, I lead a team of technical staff and oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, conducting testing and analysis of raw and finished product samples using various chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques.

I also provide technical opinion and guidance on labeling requirements, ISO 17025 standards, and Codex Alimentarius guidelines, as well as troubleshoot and evaluate laboratory equipment and instruments.
