Ph.D. graduated in Animal Sciences with HSK level-5 Chinese language certificate, with more than 8+ years of experience. An organized professional with proven skills in Laboratory Maintenance, Laboratory of Animal Science (ISO 17025 accredited laboratory), and Scientific Research. Possess a strong track record in improving the results in Project management effectively. Ability to be a team player and resolve problems and conflicts professionally. I am very passionate about animal welfare, and always endeavor to provide the highest care to animals in need. I also have expertise in writing SOPs, Guidelines, and Policies for animal use in laboratory research and conducting related training and seminars.  

I've always wanted to be a veterinarian and work with animals and HELP animals since I was young. To enjoy and self-healing from stress, I started to spend more time in volunteer work for Animal welfare. During my Ph.D. project, my Chinese speaking and communication skills improved, and gain a good working experience in full of diversified environment.

I am happy to share my skills, which I developed in a professional atmosphere: 

• Project Management: During my Ph.D. studies, I assist my supervisor in the project called Dairy Herd Improvement and learned and gained experience. Currently, I am working on four projects and a few finished projects are on my resume. Project management skills are the competencies and traits a person needs in order to effectively coordinate a project from start to finish. I am the PI who leads a project team and collaborators using good communication, interpersonal skills, motivational skills, and organization. 

• Veterinary Surgical skills: During working on farms started developing surgery skills in ruminants and small animals. While, my current job developed my surgery skills in laboratory animals, pets, and horses. The details about all the surgery skills have been mentioned in the Resume. 

• Animal Husbandry and Animal Nutrition: My first job experience was all about animal husbandry and treatment but from my second job started building an interest and experience in animal nutrition in dairy and fattening livestock animals. This was a turning point that encourage me to pursue Ph.D. studies in Animal Nutrition. Whereas, my current responsibilities revolve around Veterinary services and animal nutrition. Even finished a project on Prepared the feed (Amino Acid) additives for Horses' consumption according to the Anti-Snake Venom Serra project as Co-PI. (April- 2020 to October-2021). 

• Leadership Skills: I would describe my leadership style as direct, and leading by example. I enjoy delegating tasks and taking the lead on projects, but I also like to stay involved and inspire my team by showing that I'm working hands-on to help them, too. Working as PI in an ongoing Project, really improve my views and ideas about leadership. Simply I can put this in this sentence “Project fails, I am the responsible and if the project is successful, my team is responsible. 

• Laboratory research works: In my current Job at the Laboratory of Animal Science, the science learning goals include enhancing mastery of science subject matter, developing scientific reasoning abilities, increasing understanding of the complexity and ambiguity of empirical work, developing practical skills, increasing understanding of the nature of science, cultivating interest in science and science learning, and improving teamwork abilities. Following the 3Rs rule and animal ethics use during experiments. 

• Experience in Bioinformatics: During my Ph.D. studies, DNA star Laser gene software was used for alignment of DNA sequencing, Python, Mega XI for phylogenetic trees, and Network software used for haplotype networking. Currently used Bowtie2, Megahit, Sortmerna, and IQ-TREE in different studies related to genomics. 

• Communication skills in English and Chinese: Before starting my Ph.D. studies, I learned the Chinese language for one year as a compulsory course and passed the HSK exam level-5. Whereas, English is the official language in Pakistan. 

• Ability to work in a Diversified Environment: Diversity and productivity go hand in hand. Research has found that diversifying your team can boost productivity by 35%. During my Ph.D. studies had a great experience with many people around the world and China with different sexual orientations, languages, colors, religions, and countries. 

• Willingness to learn and acquire new skills: In all my previous roles an eagerness to learn and grow has seen me undertake external training, job shadowing, or mentoring for career progression. I look forward to doing the same at your organization. It is the most important hobby of my life, and I am always open.
