Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (Pakistan) AUG - 2021 Till Date Medical Imaging Technologist: CT-SCAN (160 slices & 16 slices) Canon (MRI 1.5 Tesla&3Tesla Philips, Siemens) 

Basic scans of all body parts like Brain/head, Abdomen, Chest/lung, kidneys, pelvis, upper & lower limb according to the physician's requirement as well as special scans including Tri-phasic, CT angiography of different regions like coronary, Cerebral, pulmonary and renal to rule out any blockage in blood vessels and CT under general sedation. Performed CT-guided percutaneous biopsies of critically ill and cancer patients. Used to prepare patient and biopsy markers along with other accessories sheet sets, needles, sample containers, radiation protection devices and liaison with Anesthesiologists, nurses, junior radiographers, and interventional radiologists to perform biopsies of metastatic tumors and abdominal lesions. The procedure was performed with special care to avoid pneumothorax and pancreatitis and any other complications Prepared patients for contrast medium administration under the RCR guidance on Standards for intravascular contrast agent administration. Performed QC on daily basis, performed pregnancy checklist prior to procedures, ensure cleaning and sterilization to reduce risk of infections. I have command on MRI imaging like routine scans, Angiogram with contrast and without contrast of brain neck abdomen pelvis, Dynamic imaging of prostate/Uterus, liver, pituitary Gland, upper limb and lower limb, renal angiogram, whole body diffusion weighted imaging of all types of joints like Shoulder, knee joints, Hip joints joint ,foot,hand,wrist,TMJ imaging, Target imaging of Orbits flow study, whole spine imaging,MRCP. X-RAY (Fluoroscopy & Portable (DR Philips) C-Arm (BV Vectra Philips): Performed all kinds of x-rays, special views according to physician's instructions, provides radiological assistance using C-arm in variety of operation theater Procedures and endoscopic procedures. Explain exam to Patient Maintaining ethical standards (Patient Confidentiality, Professional conduct etc.) Effective use of DICOM/PACS and Scanning and Image processing. RIS/HIS system
