• Reviewed & conduct daily online & casing vibration  plots (through CSI-2140, Adre & System 1) of Plant machinery as company predictive maintenance program. Prepare vibration severity reports for deteriorating equipment’s, which includes the history, analysis and recommendation which are unacceptable by ISO vibration Severity Standard 10816-3.
• Prepare Quarterly / yearly machinery reliability report of plant comprising plant MTBF trend, failure trend, failure. modes, bad actors & their elimination program.
• Prepare procedure & Conduct First-Ever OST (Overspeed Test) of Site turbines. (Gas Turbine (Hitachi-H25) & Steam Turbine.) 
• Conduct RCA of repeated / major machinery failures & prepare RCFA reports and corrective action to improve the reliability, availability of the equipment.
• Reviewed thermography data of circuit breakers & machine & prepared reports  (Handheld thermal imager).
• Preparing, reviewing & implementing PM & Predictive Maintenance Program (review CM strategies, define data collection frequencies, prepare schedules, create data collection route codes, prepare job plans & propose new PMs) to improve Reliability, Availability of Plant & improve Productivity, performance of the section.
• Prepare lube oil analysis  slats of machinery equipment, Interpretation of lube oil analysis reports & prepare summary reports with recommendations.
• Prepare quality hold point documents of machinery equipments based on their vendor manuals & verified hold points checks in field.
• Took active part in Review & interpreting the Windrock analysis assessment report of Reciprocating machines carried out through third party services.
• Prepare Turbines detailed Monthly Health analysis report including current issues & recommendations.
• Leading shutdown/startup activities of all Rotating equipment’s (Turbines, Compressors and Pumps). Perform all measurements & adjustments (Clearances & Alignment) of Rotating Equipment’s during Overhauling. 
• Ensure the calibration and proper maintenance of instruments utilized for machine monitoring. Additionally, oversee the renewal of software licenses.
• Managing/Handling CMMS-SAP. This includes new PM generation of equipments, PR & SR creation.
