    Currently I am working as field Operator Urea in Engro Fertilizer Pakistan which is World Largest AmmoniaUrea Single Train Plant Expansion unit Designed by “SNAMPROGETTI” having capacity of 3835 MTPD (Urea) 
Controlled by DCS (YOKOGAWA) And ESD (Triconix) System. “ENGRO is ISO-9001:2000, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:1999, SA 8000:2001 certified & adopted a worldwide PSM & EMS System of DuPont.” I have experience in  operation Steam turbine, CO2 Compressor and Auxiliaries, High Pressure Urea Synthesis, Medium and low pressure (MP and LP) section, Vacuum evaporation and Prilling system, condensate system operations, Safety Flares system, Isolation procedure for maintenance, I have also working experience of Distributed Control system (DCS) and Emergency Shutdown (ESD). I have Good understanding & reading skill about isometrics, Engineering drawings P&ID & PFD. developed the operating procedures and various checklists to ensure the smooth operation with minimum downtime & safe execution of maintenance jobs.
