I have expertise in establishing novel verticals that concentrate on enhancing Employee Experience. This required shifting from conventional HR Operations to an approach that prioritizes creating
enriching experiences for employees. I accomplished this by transforming standard procedures into “experience journeys,” replacing performance and KPI/SLA measurement with a focus on
capturing significant events, and conducting feedback and quality health checks to track the overall experience

I have over a decade of experience leading a team of People Experience, HRMS, and digitalization functions. Overseeing the partnering relationship with the business and added value through HR governance frameworks and digitization. Initiated and implemented a One Window Self Service platform, supervised a successful transition to Oracle Fusion, and managed the employee life cycle data. Also managed the employee health and life insurance portfolio, ensured accurate and timely payroll management, and ensured compliance with statutory laws and regulations. Additionally, managed employee grievances and took appropriate actions when necessary. Played a vital role in transforming the HR vertical from an administrative unit to a service-oriented vertical.

My Post Graduation in Business Administration has equipped me with the necessary skills for this role, including strategic thinking, business acumen, leadership and management skills, as well as analytical and communication skills
