After obtaining an MPhil degree from Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad I am in development fiAfter obtaining an MPhil degree from Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad I am in deveeld for over more than 15 years. During this period I worked with National, International and UN agencies at leading positions. These include UNDP, UNOPS, Care International, Concern WW, and FPAP,GRC.Handicap international . While working with mentioned organisations I seek knowledge and practical experience on monitoring and evaluation, impact measurement, project management, coordination, capacity building, knowledge management, and process measurement.
I still feel the thrill and excitement of travelling throughout Pakistan and serving in the most fluid and complex environments in conflict prone areas of KP/FATA, south Punjab, SIND, Baluchistan and Gilgit  Baltistan, more was the curiosity towards working with diverse teams and communities on a wide range of development issues in Pakistan.
The fantastic experience while working for Concern WW, Care International and FPAP in the project management capacity/Manager/Coordinator gave me ample chance to  bring various stakeholders under one roof to achieve common goals. Mostly I worked on key monitoring and evaluation role in each organisation solely in UNDP, UNOPS, FATA Research Centre and Care International while in concern WW,Unicef and FPAP it was as crosscutting area  besides project  management.
Last but not the least I have extensive experience of supervising multiple partners, liaising with Multi donors.. I possess strong communication, customer service, and administrative skills which enable me to bring a positive attitude to work as a team player
