• Review the contract specifications, BoQs, and drawings.
• Visit the school sites of Northern Sindh spreading from Sukkur, Kashmore & Jacobabad to Dadu, Khairpur & Larkana for verification of pre-determined milestones and also for monitoring the progress of various schools.
• Verify pre-determined Milestones (9 in no.) in two stages.
(a) Physical verification of milestones.
(b) Checking of Quality Assurance Documents duly signed by the Engineer (Halcrow) and contractors for each package.
• Completion of Milestone Monitoring and Reporting proformas for each milestone using MIS.
• Submission of findings to AiD’s Chief of party based in Sukkur.
