Computer System Analyst (BS-18) CPE Institute of Cardiology is a Coronary Care Hospital, under the administrative control of Specialized HealthCare & Medical Education Department, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, providing coronary care facilities to the cardiac patients of the region. Act as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in decision making process Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal system practices, and system functionality Provide support and Manage Diagnostics I.T System(s) Monitoring of system performance, initiation of action to resolve problems in conjunction with 3rd party vendors. Liaise with Punjab Information Technology Board Lahore - Pakistan and advise the management for development and execution of HIMS system including Radiology & Cardio PACS and interfacing of Lab equipment(s). Identifies and communicates with stakeholder(s) to formulate and produce requirements specification to create HIMS system and software solutions in collaboration with PITB Consulting with end-users and programmers to design improvements to the functionality of websites, & HIMS systems To maintain smooth execution of RIS & Cardio PACS including hardware, software, equipment integration and network configurations with 3rd party vendor(s) coordination Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network. Work closely to end users to ensure a smooth running of the system. Work with Technical Advisory Committee and Purchase Committee in evaluation, and procuring of IT system following PPRA rules 2004. Provide computer orientation to new institution’s staff.
