Main Job Responsibilities:

§  Commissioning of KK, PC50, PC32, Cheetos lines and also 4TPH steam Boiler, KHX, Thermal Boiler, AUH with the support of project and team capability

§  Planning & Execution of Planned Maintenance, Shutdowns & Modification Jobs while driving own staff & engaging third parties

§  Responsible for all time of maintenance including preventive, time and conditioned based maintenance

§  Trouble shooting of different gears, Different type of pumps, conveyors, elevators, different type of compressor, diesel & Gas generator, water turbine, absorption chiller, Burners, steam boilers, waste heat recovery boiler, oil heat exchanger, Air handling units, Cooling towers, dosing pump, Air blower, KMG vibrators with the support of OEM & manuals

§  Development of the Preventive Maintenance plans with assistance from Original Equipment manufacturers, manuals & self-experience.

§  Actively participated in preventive maintenance time to time with proper logging and traceability as per requirement of system. And ensure minimum down time due the failure of Mechanical equipment and manage all related spares inventory to reduce the downtime

§  I was the solely responsible to lead all project for pre-projects/post project meetings, budget, casting & planning, preparing of BOQs with foreign companies (Heat & control, KMG, Flo-mech, WMFE, Kington, R & D, weishaupt & local contractors regarding services, material requirement, and ensure the quality of work as per PI/HSE standards and handed over this project within the defined timelines

§  Support to production to implement TPM initiative at Process areas

§  Team capability building related all types of shift tasks like troubleshooting, requisition, preventive plant maintenance through PTW, SOP, RCA
