Sardar Hammad

I am a Plant Breeding and Genetics professional with a Master of Science (Honors) degree. My expertise includes crop management, field coordination, and sustainable agriculture practices. I have experience in data collection, community mobilization, farmer training, and record-keeping. I have worked on projects focused on regenerative agriculture and sustainable cotton production, ensuring effective implementation and documentation of best practices.

I currently serve as a Programme Officer at Lok Sanjh Foundation, a community organization focused on sustainable and regenerative agriculture in Pakistan. I am leading the “RegenAgri Cotton Project," where my main responsibilities include enhancing farmers' skills through Farmer Field Schools (FFSs) that promote sustainable practices like conservation tillage, livestock integration, and organic inputs. Additionally, I create training materials, identify knowledge gaps, and support partners in refining their learning strategies. I help partner organizations with field implementation, offering guidance for continuous improvement and managing data collection and analysis. Lastly, I contribute to preparing comprehensive reports and work closely with the program team to document outcomes, facilitating better decision-making.

I hold an M.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Plant Breeding and Genetics from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan.
