I am a Professional candidate having 4 years of profession work experience in banking and recently from last one year in telecommunication Sector. I am involved in the Accounts Payable and Receivables of a multinational company.  

Working as Accounting Officer in I Engineering Sal Pakistan Private Limited June 2022 – Present

 o Involved in Accounts Receivable (Book Keeping) recording transaction on ERP and performing reconciliation of the relevant ledgers on monthly basis

 o Coordinating and strong follow up with customers for timely payments to run the operations smoothly

 o Involved in accounts Payable (book Keeping) recording transaction on ERP and performing reconciliation on monthly basis

 o Performing vendor reconciliations for ensuring accuracy and maintain professional relation with vendors for running operations smoothly.

 o Involved in bank reconciliation to ensure the timely and accurately closing of bank on monthly basis for ensuring accurate bank and financials to the headoffice. 

o Performing reconciliations of debtor and creditor aging report on monthly basis. 

o Dealing with banks for processing transaction and fulfilling the requirements of company as and when required 

o Assisting in internal and external audits and ensuring the strict compliance on the policies and procedures of the company 

o Keeping and maintaining record in a way that we get the records as and when required by the management, concerned authorities and departments.

 o Also voluntarily participated in tax reconciliations for supporting team 

o Processing the sales tax, withholding Income tax and Salary tax on monthly basis for ensuring the tax compliances

 o Assisting in tax audits 

o Processing the utility payments timely in order to avoid any penalty. 

o Maintaining the petty cash of all the regions of Pakistan Operations
