• Attended a workshop on grant writing by TDEA (May 2022).
• Wrote a grant proposal related to khawaja sira voting right interventions for TDEA's Rights and Advancement of Marginalized People grant, which was accepted to the tune of Rs. 10,00,000.
• Oversaw the TDEA project on khawaja sira voting rights and political representation (July 2022–December 2022).
• Wrote the proposal for the UNDP HIV Prevention Grant renewal for 2022–2023, which was accepted, facilitating expansion to four new sites in Sindh. 
• Wrote a grant proposal for the Women's Fund Asia (WFA) "Leading from the South" grant programme, which was accepted to the tune of 48,000 euros. (August 2022).
• Served as a key consultant for the duration of the WFA Leading from the South grant (January 2023–Present).

• Oversaw the achievement of key indicators related to UNDP's HIV Prevention Project.
• Conducted extensive field monitoring visits to ensure service delivery was adequate qualitatively and quantitatively.
• Ensured data integrity of outreach data and health information systems (NACP MIS) while also producing monthly and quarterly programmatic reports.
• Improved internal systems with regard to HIV testing validity, stock maintenance, and CBO capacity building. Made a comprehensive monitoring work plan to achieve this.
• Conducted capacity building sessions for new hires in secondary Karachi office, and GIA's Hyderabad site.
• Attended multiple sessions by ICJ with regard to transgender issues, in collaboration with NCHR.
• Attended meetings at Federal Ombudsman's office regarding interventions and solutions related to violence cases across the country against the khawaja sira community. 
• Attended strategy meeting on protection from sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (PSEAH) by UNDP.
• Conducting a training session on workplace PSEAH policies.
• Attended a UNDP training session on the initiation of PrEP (November 2021) and oversaw initiation of PrEP the following year.
• Reviewed and made policy suggestions to the Global Fund's revised monitoring framework for upcoming grant cycles.
