Follow up on every issue and ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product or services sold to customers.

Attracts customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution.

Handling face-to-face enquiries from customers.

Providing help and advice to customers using our organization’s products or services.
