  • M&E Specialist (BPS-20), Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training (Aug 2023 – Jun 2025, 1 year 10 months): Developed and implemented M&E systems, designed logical frameworks, monitored PSDP project performance, conducted evaluations, and prepared result-based M&E frameworks. Implemented PMES software for real-time project tracking and coordinated with stakeholders.
  • Senior M&E Officer (BPS-19), Ministry of Law and Justice (Dec 2020 – Aug 2023, 2 years 8 months): Developed M&E frameworks, prepared progress reports, conducted field visits and desk reviews, identified project bottlenecks, and ensured result-based monitoring aligned with project objectives.
  • Deputy Director (M&E) (BPS-18), Planning Commission, Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives (Apr 2010 – Nov 2020, 10 years 7 months): Executed and monitored PSDP and foreign-funded projects, ensured compliance with project documents, conducted evaluations, implemented PMES software, and prepared project documents (PC-I, PC-IV, PC-V). Handled procurement and staff hiring per PPRA rules.
