Saira Bano

I am a dedicated and motivated professional with experience in community development, data collection, monitoring, and behavior change communication. I have worked with national and international organizations where I supported field activities, awareness sessions, reporting, and coordination. I hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess strong communication, organizational, and IT skills. I am passionate about learning, contributing positively to organizations, and delivering quality work with honesty and commitment.

I have hands-on experience working with national and international organizations in roles related to project coordination, monitoring, data collection, and community engagement. I have contributed to WASH programs, behavior change communication activities, and awareness campaigns by supporting field operations, conducting sessions, collecting and managing data, and preparing reports. I have also worked closely with communities and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of project activities and timely achievement of objectives.

I hold a 2 Years Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from Sindh University  which provided me with a strong academic foundation and enhanced my analytical, communication, and organizational skills. My education supports my professional work in project coordination, data collection, monitoring, and community-based development activities.
