  • To promote an environment of safety minded culture and related awareness and participation with a strong emphasis on professional ethics and usage of innovative tools, concepts and break through thinking.
  • To promote, develop and monitor the safety improvement activities at the corporate level, including problem solving activities
  • Monitor performance of individual employees and teams to assure that work is performed on schedule and within policy guidelines; take corrective action when necessary.
  • Analyze customer billing data to identify and report anomalies which indicate metering error or theft, and report to RPD inspectors for investigation.
  • Guide the team on the targets in the area to reduce the losses of the corporation.
  • Challenge the discrepancies in accordance with the units generated on SIR.
  • Prepare the team's record on daily basis on units generated by their work on approximate basis.
  • Prepare the team's daily targeted achievement data.
  • Review of Dept's working papers and reports. Also submit the analysis result and performance.
  • Job Descriptions, organization structures maintenance and business process mapping.
  • General understanding of accounts / administration, business operations and customer service requirements.
  • Administration of performance appraisals and manpower reports generation. 
  • Provide support in administration of annual performance appraisal activities by using relevant modules.
  • Assures that all electronic and paper records are properly stored and maintained in a manner that they can be readily retrieved; assures that all required activity and statistical reports are produced and distributed on schedule.
  • Provides suitable work place and environment for all employees that report to him; assures adequate space for assembly and briefing of outside workers, and storage of their personal gear; assures all necessary equipment and supplies are provided. 
  •  Assures that his employees are aware of and follow all safety rules; assures all employees have been issued and use the necessary personal protective equipment required for their tasks; assures that safety procedures required in the performance of tasks are followed. 
  • Assures that all his employees are fully aware of all policies and procedures that relate to their work; provides frequent feed-back to employees on the condition and progress of KE, the IBC, and their individual contribution to the success of the company; maintains open lines of communication between related departments and sections to facilitate to flow of information and ideas. 
  • Responds promptly to requests for information in response to First Investigation Reports (FIRs) and for the prosecution or defense of cases under litigation; testifies at such proceedings as may be necessary or directed. 
  • Recommends solutions and negotiates with customers and others in the resolution of complaints and problems; makes decisions in those cases where he has been delegated this authority; makes company management aware of issues affecting productivity, profitability, or customer relations and proposes solutions. 
  • Assures that his employees keep customer information confidential and do not provide it to others except upon direction of appropriate governing authority; keeps confidential all internal KE information regarding financial matters or future plans; refers inquiries to the Central Office. 
  • Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of KE policies and procedures and adheres strictly to them; assures that his employees are knowledgeable and adhere to KE policies and procedures.
  • Supervises meter reading activities; assures properly trained meter readers are available and all routes are read on schedule; assures all meter readers have a full day’s work by combining route assignments and special out-of-cycle reading requests; assures that meter readers diligently report metering discrepancies; assures that check meters are read on schedule; monitors meter reader KPIs & takes corrective action as necessary. 
  • Supervises data entry operations to assure that all meters readings and other necessary data are delivered to the billing department as required to produce accurate bills on schedule. 
  • Supervises bill delivery operations; assures that properly trained personnel are available to deliver bills to customers on the scheduled day, assures that they are diligent in delivering bills to customers. 
  • Organizes and manages the IBC program for disconnection of delinquent customers; sets disconnection priorities and produces disconnections schedules so as to make most effective use of available manpower in maximizing amounts collected; assures reconnections following payment are performed as required by regulatory authority; schedules systematic revisits to disconnected customers to determine if they have reconnected themselves, and takes further disconnect action if necessary. 
  • Supervises computer operations in the IBC; assures that sufficient work stations are manned each day by skilled operators to perform the necessary data entry, data extraction, printing of work schedules, and production of reports in support of all departments of the IBC. 
  • Establishes methods and procedures to register and file all paper and electronic documents received by or sent from the IBC; assures that all electronic and paper records are properly stored and maintained in a manner that they can be readily retrieved; assures that all required activity and statistical reports are produced and distributed on schedule.
