Spearhead the implementation of the PSO's HSE Management System at the facility, collaborating closely with the regional HSE team.

Lead the annual Risk Assessment process, devising actionable plans to minimize risks and conducting quarterly reviews for continuous improvement. 

Oversee the maintenance of the facility's firefighting network and conduct routine drills to ensure swift and effective response in emergencies. Coordinate crisis management efforts and rejuvenation of emergency response protocols.
