Having started off in Pak Arab Fertilizers Limited as a trainee instrument technician, I have worked my way up the ranks, gaining invaluable experience along the way. ▪ Carried out safely maintenance activities on wide range of plant instrumentation. Executed replacement & commissioning activities i.e., transmitters, modules, safety barriers, frequency converters, thermocouple & RTD element, vibration probes, directional valves and high pressure transmitter probes
▪ Timely responded to emergency calls during scheduled shift coverage for any corrective concerns. Prepared schedule list for shutdown preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance, while ensuring completion of maintenance in emergency shutdown occurrence and close-out work orders through SAP
▪ Conducted emergency shutdown before planned shutdown to check sequence functionality of emergency logic and pushbuttons inside control room. Verified alarms, confirmed bypassed tags and monitored instrumentation reading during S/D, start-up & normal running condition in TDC DCS monitor
▪ Assisted in operations during shutdown and plant start-up by monitoring sequence permissive. Followed OIMS (ExxonMobil) & SHEM (SABIC) standard as plant procedure. Conducted monthly observation on equipment/personal behavior during job activities and raised incidents to prevent escalation of hazards
