RESPONSIBILITIES
To evaluating the customer’s requirements, cost accurately the work to be done and the involvement required by the workshop.
Prepare clear cost job sheets for invoicing.
Regularly liaise with the Workshop Manager, Proprietor, Mechanics and Administrators where necessary to co-ordinate the correct response to the customer.
Having a sound knowledge of the products and services both technically and commercially will be an advantage to the success of this position.
Liaise effectively with suppliers for technical and commercial information ensuring best prices at all times.
Liaise competently confidently and promptly with all customers developing a good relationship, attending to their requirements efficiently and diligently, ensuring that they receive the highest level of customer service.
Communicate efficiently with all areas of the garage ensuring that all relevant information is supplied or received promptly.
Communicate with customers to verify that our quotations have been interpretedcorrectly and to ensure our quotation is commercially acceptable.
Monitor E Mail booking system.
Notify the Workshop Manager to any non-standard / major repairs.
Prepares service estimates, sells routine maintenance / repair services and conducts follow-ups regarding unsold services and customer inquiries.

Senior Service Advisor. (From Mar-2010 till Feb-2019)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deals with accidental vehicles in Body & Paint repair section. Preparing comprehensive estimate for heavy repairs with proper labor charges and detailed parts (Damaged) and repairable including in labour charges Negotiating with Surveyors and sometimes with Insurance companies also coordinating with customers and workshop. Once the estimate is settled follow-up repairs / replacement of parts is done, also re-inspecting finally the repair quality before handing over the vehicle to customers.
Booking vehicles, ensuring appointments are convenient for the guest and the company and are in line with workshop capacity.
Produce accurate job cards, invoices and related guest information, providing relevant information to both the workshop and external guests.
Liaise with the parts department to ensure parts availability, keeping guests informed.
Greet all guests at reception, offering courtesy services as appropriate and confirming details before repairs are carried out. Ensuring vehicle inspections are carried out with guests prior to commencement of works.
