Rafia Aslam

My name is Rafia Aslam, I have completed my Bachelors in Social Sciences and completing my MS in Economics. I have started working since 2019 as soon as I completed my Bachelors degree as a Research Associate in a startup. If we talk about my passion, I want to be a consultant in the next 5 years for a company providing HR consultancy to my clients. In addition to, when we talk about my strengths, it would be that I am hard working, taking full responsibility of a task and delivering it on time along with the right confidence. Nevertheless, my biggest weakness is that I am a bit short tempered which doesn't impact my work in any case. My extra curricular hobbies include playing volleyball and swimming. 

My position in my current organization is of a Change Analyst where my role is towards people strategy, employee engagement, restructuring the organization, drafting the target operating models, people management and talent strategy. Moreover, during my tenure my department also introduced new hiring models like Freelancing, Insourcing and Tech trainee Model.

I have completed my Bachelors in Social Sciences which is a behaviour sciences degree that comes in handy when dealing with people. This degree has taught me how to act around people, how to deal with tough individuals and how to be aware of your surroundings while doing the two above. This is essential because my main area is people where I have to deal with different kinds of employees and have to be vigilant for my next steps
