The position of Accounts Officer consists of analyzing financial information, purchases and preparing financial reports, keeping assets record and reconciling expenses within the organization.

Experience

  • Utilize database software to organize financial account information.
  • Check expense vouchers, sales invoice, journal vouchers etc.
  • Vendor payment Details reconciliation
  • Keeping the record of all the account related files.
  • Ensure maximum compliance of tax laws, especially withholding tax.
  • Review both incoming and outgoing invoices & bills.
  • Generate financial reports for review.
  • Coordinate with the auditors for providing all necessary financial documents and required information.
  • Bank dealing (Cash/Cheque Deposit, Withdrawals & other bank related matters)
