About Qamar Abbas:
The position of Accounts Officer consists of analyzing financial information, purchases and preparing financial reports, keeping assets record and reconciling expenses within the organization.
Experience
- Utilize database software to organize financial account information.
- Check expense vouchers, sales invoice, journal vouchers etc.
- Vendor payment Details reconciliation
- Keeping the record of all the account related files.
- Ensure maximum compliance of tax laws, especially withholding tax.
- Review both incoming and outgoing invoices & bills.
- Generate financial reports for review.
- Coordinate with the auditors for providing all necessary financial documents and required information.
- Bank dealing (Cash/Cheque Deposit, Withdrawals & other bank related matters)
- Payment to Vendors
Education
MBA (HRM) from National College of Business Administration Lahore.
