I am a healthcare leader with a purpose to improve lives of people through Primary, Secondary and Tertiary care services, integrated with Electronic Health Records EHR. The foundation will be laid on accessible, equitable, affordable and evidence based preventive and therapeutic medical services. 

I have over 20 years of healthcare experience. This includes 6 years of clinical service and over 14 years of healthcare leadership with last 7 years as senior level strategic leadership. 

My special interest is in quality improvement of healthcare services with computerization (EMR and EHR). 

I have over 20 years of healthcare experience. This includes 6 years of clinical service with 4.5 years in Saudi Arabia as General Practitioner. Following that I over 14 years of Healthcare Leadership experience with last 7 years as Senior Leadership. As COO, I led my hospital in Covid 19, establishing Isolation ward and contributing to national cause from treating Covid patients to Vaccination of community in coordination with District Health Office. Furthermore, our hospital catered to the non-Covid burden of disease effectively. 

Recently, we inaugurated our OT complex, conceived, designed and executed by a team of professionals including leading architects and engineers, to cater to all surgical needs of patients and surgeons. 

I laid down the foundation of Quality Assurance Department in the hospital that led to QMS development. We run a very effective Patient Feedback and Patient Complaints mechanisms leading to system improvements through Root Cause Analysis (RCA). 

As a researcher, in my MBA Health and Hospital Management, I evaluated the performance of Primary Healthcare Centers in Karachi, using PCAT as the assessment tool. This is the first study in Pakistan using PCAT.
