  • In control for dealing quarterly forex-based price revision against PKR inflation rate, financial issues (payment processing, invoices issues and tax deductions) with the customers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including planning, purchase team, product manager and finance for timely resolution of problem, if any.
  • Exploring and developing new customers/clients, contributing maximum profitability to the company
  • Taking In-Depth knowledge of competitors’ new product development to avoid loss of existing market shares and to create new business.

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Along with sales expertise, completed training under Japanese Mentors for providing product technical expertise to the customers in daily production matters to prove best customer service in the market and product satisfaction.
  • Visits to customer facilities daily to monitor product performance, customer feedback related to product performance and customer anomalies. Monthly product awareness sessions.
  • Worked on numerous new product projects with customer, which lead them to achieve a higher share of the business as well as provided exceptional sales increase profit to my company.
