- Preparation of record for Compliance audit
- Work on 6S, projects and audit in order to smooth and proper working
- Supervision of IGP & OGP for all material in ERP
- Check, verify and signed every kind of Gate pass
- Decide, arrange and hire security staff
- Decide the security check posts in order to ensure the tight security plan within the organization.
- Improve general cleanliness gradually in every department by proper and continue backup
- Constitute firefighting and first aid teams as well
- Define route , measure distance and decide monthly fare to staff van
- Look after the canteen affairs like quality, quantity and rate etc
- Prepare weekly menu
- Make contract to hire third party services like local cargo staff van.
- To deal with all concerned governments department like EOBI, social security, labor office, etc
- Maintenance a log related to returnable gate pass to check the proper status of sent items.
- Repairing of Security cameras and suggest new places to install new security cameras to develop a tight security system.
- Take necessary measure for the proper implementation of company policies and procedure
- Inform management regarding the workers concerns, issues ,problems etc. for proper solution
- Ensure the implementation of a proper Gate Pass system based on dispatches signed by authorized persons.
- Ensure an excellent and rich housekeeping culture throughout the organization
- Improve general cleanliness gradually in every department by proper and continue backup
- Inspection of housekeeping equipment on daily and weekly basis
- Timely forwarding misc admin exp bill to account office
- Inspection of workers canteen/ house keeping
- Responsible for support and training of personnel about safety procedures.
- To ensure timely refilling & service ability of fire extinguishers.
- Safe travel arrangement for workers/ transport management for over time
- Safety security and other welfare related activities.

- Responsible for housekeeping, office maintenance, canteen hygiene, maintenance of office cares and maintain petty cash of the company
- Type correspondence, reports and other documents, maintain confidential records and file
- Any other work required by the management
