 My vision is to work for humanity by utilizing my education, experience, and skills to uplift educational standards and to help the most deprived part of the human capital that is underutilized or unexplored.

Experience

Over 20 years’ experience spread across following roles:

 presently Head of Campus, SZABIST Larkana for last five years

 6 years as research supervisor MS (MS)

and PhD level SZABIST Karachi.

 17 years as faculty Member and HOD research supervisor at undergrad and Masters Level in Management Sciences department.

Recently, selected by The Michigan State University USA as a women Leader working in Higher Education Pakistan out of 250 applicants. Received Leadership Training at Michigan state lately.
