Having a Career Span of more than 18 years of experience in public procurement and contract management, I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B). I have also received specialized training certifications in public procurement from the World Bank, (LUMS), (MPDD), UN-IFAD, and other public sector institutions. Throughout my career, I have managed large-scale procurements and contracts worth PKR 20 billion (USD 70 million) for organizations such as the World Bank, (FCDO/DFID), UN-IFAD, ADB and various public sector entities. I have successfully implemented procurement operations in compliance with World Bank Procurement Regulations, ADB Procurement Guidelines, UN-IFAD Procurement Frameworks, FIDIC Contract Conditions, and PPRA Rules across Pakistan. My expertise has led to cost savings of approximately PKR 1 billion through strategic procurement planning, supplier negotiations, bid competition, and efficient contract and supply chain management. My core competencies include procurement strategy development, forecasting, supplier management, inventory control, logistics and distribution, quality assurance, and contract administration.
