I have over 1 year of experience in the field of Physical Therapy. I have done internships at two hospitals i.e., PIMS and Naqaish Medicare. After completing my internship I was promoted to the position of Physical Therapist in Naqaish Medicare. During my one-year professional experience as a physiotherapist, I gained valuable insights and skills in the field of physical therapy. My responsibilities included:

I conducted thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including evaluating their range of motion, strength, and functional abilities. This helped in diagnosing musculoskeletal and neuromuscular issues. I developed personalized treatment plans based on the patient's specific needs and goals. This involved selecting appropriate therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to promote recovery. I worked with patients to facilitate their rehabilitation from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. This involved designing and supervising exercise programs aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall function.

I utilized various techniques, such as manual therapy, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation, to alleviate pain and discomfort in patients. I also educated them on pain management strategies.

I provided patients with valuable information about their conditions and self-care techniques. This included teaching them how to perform exercises at home and adopt healthier lifestyle practices. I regularly assessed and documented patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. I graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (5 years), which is a comprehensive and specialized program in the field of physical therapy. This education has provided me with a strong foundation in the principles and practices of physiotherapy, equipping me with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in my role as a physiotherapist. The curriculum covered a wide range of subjects, including anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology, and clinical assessment, all of which are essential for understanding the human body and its movement.

Additionally, my education included extensive clinical rotations and practical experience, allowing me to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings. These experiences helped me develop hands-on skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation techniques.
