Duties 

To review the proposed construction building plans, drawings and specifications, and standard codes.

Provide the exact location of building by using Total station.

Site inspection/audit of engineering works (e.g., reinforced concrete, earthworks, drainage. Services, infrastructure)

Setting out, levelling and surveying the site.

Managing and coordination at the construction site with different contractors.

All construction building quantity estimation by using AutoCAD.

Deep foundation and pile driving monitoring. Monitors construction schedules with project and contractor schedulers to keep on track and to address problems that may cause delays.

Update the overall schedule and other programs network control.

2018- 2020             Design Engineer and Project site Engineer

Department: Technical 

Duties

General and Technical Site supervision of civil works at uptown and premier construction, including foundations, trenches, control building and associated works.

Plan and execute Civil works Construction in coordination with Civil Contractors.

By using level mechanic set the level of building such as foundation, columns and slab etc. 

Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.

Understand pile foundation how actually work, design and how to install. 

Work on engineering designs preparing reports, construction drawings, specifications, calculations, equipment selection for various project.
