Experience

  1. To deal with managerial and technical aspects of public procurements. 
  2. Designing of Advertisements, Bidding Documents, Evaluation Criteria, Terms of References and Scope of Work. Efficient and Complaint execution of all tendering activities in accordance with public procurement standards & regulations, track their status and execution ensuring alignment to project deadlines.
  3. Effective Management of Tendering and Contracting during the Procurement Process. 
  4. Assistance in Technical Evaluation, Grievances Redressal & Technical and Financial Proposals.
  5. Preparing replies for different Government and Semi Government Accountability Organizations.
  6. Coordination with District Health Authorities/ District Health Facilities/ Vertical Programs / Procuring Agencies in Technical Assistance for execution of respective procurements.
  7. Maintaining a database for all the Tender Related Activities in Scanned Form.
