I bring 30 years of progressive experience in the education field, having advanced from teaching roles to positions such as coordinator, administrator, vice principal, and ultimately principal. Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in administration, leadership, management, and human resources.

My most relevant qualification is the National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership, which I completed in the UAE and is accredited by the UK Department for Education. Additionally, I hold a certificate in Human Resources Management from the London School of Business and Finance in the UK.
