•I, Naeem Ullah, a regular student of North West Institute of Health Sciences Peshawar hold a Bachelor's degree inMedical Laboratory Technology from Khyber Medical University Peshawar.

• I completed laboratory-rotations/Internships/Practical-work in different sections including clinical chemistry,microbiology, clinical serology, hematology, histopathology, blood bank, and phlebotomy. This valuable experienceimproved my practical skills and knowledge in medical field.

• My clinical exposure allowed me to apply my theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios, honing my skills inlaboratory procedures.

• Achieved significant research outcomes by conducting a 6-month multi-hospital OGTT-based study on gestationaldiabetes across BMI categories, identifying a 10.8% prevalence and highest risk in women aged 34–40 with BMI >24,reinforcing early screening protocols.

• Attending multiple workshops helped me gain knowledge and skills that benefited me in my academic and personalpursuits.

• Extensive exposure to Thalassemia patients**, conducting routine hematology tests, blood transfusion-relatedinvestigations, and monitoring parameters specific to Thalassemia cases.
