I led a talented group of developers, designers, and artists, managing timelines, code reviews, and quality standards while still being very hands-on with development. I made key decisions on game architecture, backend integration, multiplayer logic, and optimization strategies. We launched several successful titles under my leadership, and I took pride in mentoring junior devs, improving workflows, and keeping our team aligned and motivated. This phase helped me become more than just a developer. I learned how to lead, plan, and ship games as a team.
