As a Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Human Resource, my role(s) 
and responsibilities are as follows: 
• Obtaining knowledge of the recipient's / beneficiary's Business Processes.
• Mapping the Client’s business scenarios on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and 
Operation (the ERP System) and building up input fields in the like manner.
• Acting as a communication channel between the client and Technical Consultants for 
interpreting the needs of the clients.
• Coordinating with Technical Consultants for any development and customization 
requirements, including user and / or reporting requirements.
• Obtaining an in-depth understanding the systems and controls in place.
• Convincing the client management as well as the end-users to adopt the best practices.
• Conducting end-user trainings on the ERP System with a Change Management 
perspective; and 
• Facilitating User Acceptance Testing in co-ordination with end-users.
