I have got a solid diverse experience of Supply Chain, logistics and Procurement / supply management in a renowned global FMCG Unilever and a chemical Industry, Tufail Chemical Industries. I remained integral part of the company’s transformation. Strong diverse experience helps me to take a broader picture of the company’s performance and could react & take actions accordingly. I have landed several sustainable procurement and supply chain professional concepts / tools like Packaging Supplier Park, Consignment Inventory, Supplier service platform, 4 D structure, Supplier net, end to end MRP, deployment process, cost modeling, S&OP, TPM, etc. that have a major impact on the simplification, cost, free cash flow, quality, and service level. I am a Sustainability champion. Effectively handle and meet OTIF, FTR, DOH, CCFOT and innovation ramp up. I love to handle big teams. Complete clarity on material price forecasting and strategy to mitigate net material inflation, enjoying healthy gross margins.  I have worked very closely with the other countries globally so enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment. Currently I am working as a Chief Supply Chain officer in Tufail Chemical Industries, Pakistan and handling the entire supply chain operation. I have been featured among “The top 10 most influential people in Supply Chain - 2023” by CIO Views.I am confident I could act as a game changer for your organization.
