Working as a Reservoir Engineer in fastest growing Multi-national E&P Company of Pakistan having significant operations in Middle East and North Africa (MENA). My key responsibilities includes:

• Provide Training/Mentorship to Trainee/Junior Engineers and enabling them to be proficient on their assigned tasks.
• Monitor and Review production data of UEP assigned fields (Producers/Injectors), ascertain any inconsistencies and found possibilities to optimize field production.
• Collaborate with Exploration, Development G&G, Petrophysicist, Production and operations teams to analyse data and establish field development plan & simulation models.
• Developed full field reservoir simulation models of assigned fields. Performed QA/QC, History Matching and generated long term production forecast using Petrel (RE), Eclipse and Intersect (IX).
• Performed Pressure Transient Analysis and designed well test using Saphir software.
• Built Integrated Asset Model of assigned fields. Developed well models using PROPSER and integrated it with surface network model using GAP for production monitoring and optimization.
• Performed Decline Curve Analysis (DCA) and developed analytical model using MBAL.
• Participate and presented UEP in technical meetings, workshops etc with Joint Venture Partners (JVP) and Government.
• Lead and participate in reservoir engineering studies that include reservoir stimulation modelling of for improvement of ultimate recovery
• Plan and execute MDT job for wells, finalize pre-test and pumpout points for MDT job. Post job analyze data to determine fluid type, fluid contact and reservoir properties/characteristics
• Develop Discovery notice (DN), Declaration of Commerciality (DOC), Field Development Plan (FDP) and Extended well testing (EWT) notice for regulatory compliance.
• Performing Economic evaluation of projects in collaboration with Finance/Commercial department and preparing investment proposals.

In addition to that, I have been a part of special team of Suburface department to work on development of Numerical models/ Integrated Asset models of all the Major active fields of UEP.

• Responsible for Daily Production monitoring/Reservoir Surveillance of all POL fields including carbonates (NFR) and sandstones. 
• Developed reservoir simulation model, update and history match and run predictions scenarios.
• Involved in SCAL study and after analyzing lab data prepared it for simulation inputs.
• Update production and injection wells data on OFM weekly basis.
• Estimation of HC reserves by material balance (MBAL) and Decline Curve Analysis (DCA) techniques.
• Performed Pressure/Rate Transient Analysis to estimate well / reservoir parameters.
• Experience of field on-site operations such as PLT, DSTs, BHP surveys, & acid stimulation jobs.
