Funds Management (Managing funds of the

daily operations of the company.
 Cash Flow Forecasting (Proper know how of
cash inflow & cash outflow of the company as
well as to forecast cash flow in future to meet
company expenses.
Bank Reconciliation (To conduct bank
reconciliation on daily basis and oversee
every transaction conducted from our banks.
 Import Management (Handling of import of
company, calculation and paying custom
duties on import, complete costing of import.
 Making Financial of company (To prepare
financial statements of monthly, quarterly and
annual basis.
 Conduct Investment Appraisal ( To calculate
NPV, IRR, Payback period & profitability
index of every new project of the company) -
Making Budget of the company on monthly,
quarterly and annual basis.
